These terms govern your use of the Pawma app, operated by Hataikan Kamolsirisakul in Thailand ("we", "us"). By using Pawma, you agree to them.
Pawma organizes what your vet and your documents recorded. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional veterinary advice. Always rely on a licensed veterinarian for your pet's care. Any AI-structured summaries, extracted values, or reminders are conveniences based on what you capture and may contain errors. Verify them against the original documents and your vet. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian immediately.
You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of what you enter. Keep your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
The records, photos, and recordings you add are yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to store and process them to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to capture and upload what you add, including obtaining consent before recording other people, such as your veterinarian.
You may choose to give trusted people read-only access to selected pet records or export a summary through your device's share sheet. You are responsible for choosing recipients and for having the right to share that content. You can revoke Care sharing in Pawma, but Pawma cannot retrieve a PDF or other content after you send it outside the app.
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or upload unlawful content.
Pawma uses private on-device speech recognition on supported devices and uses OpenAI to structure report content and transcript text into an editable record. Output is generated automatically, is provided "as is", and must be reviewed against the original source before you rely on it.
Pawma is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. We may update these terms and will note the date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, Account, Continue to delete account. See the Privacy Policy for the retention period that applies to restricted disaster-recovery backups.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on the app, including any AI-generated content, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
