You can permanently delete your Pawma account and its associated pet records, visits, photos, documents, audio, reminders, and Care sharing access.
Open Settings, Account, Continue to delete account. Verify with the same sign-in method used for Pawma, then confirm permanent deletion.
Email us from the address used for your Pawma account. Put Pawma account deletion in the subject. We will verify that the account belongs to you before completing the request.
Deletion removes the live account, records, private files, sessions, and Care sharing access. It cannot be undone. Restricted Supabase database backups may remain for up to seven days. Independent file backup copies expire no later than 30 days after live deletion. These copies are not available through Pawma and are not used for analytics or ordinary service operations.
