To help us help you faster

• The email address on your Pawma account.
• Your device and iOS version (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18).
• What you were doing and what happened — a screenshot is ideal.

Common questions

• Reset your password — on the sign-in screen, contact us and we'll send a reset link.
• A lab or visit was read incorrectly — you can edit any record in-app; tap the record to correct it. Tell us too, so we can improve.
• Delete your account and data — in the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your records, photos, audio, and account and cannot be undone.
• Privacy & your data — see our Privacy Policy and Terms.
